Risk-Free Trial Period

The goal of the risk-free trial period is to understand your business and technology and determine whether our support model is appropriate for your project. The trial period is meant to be as risk-free as possible, including up to a full money-back guarantee in most cases. We also will throttle down spend if at any point it becomes evident that our solution is not what’s appropriate for your project.

At the end of the trial period, we will present our preliminary findings, as well as a recommendation for follow-on work, as applicable.

Flexible Milestones and Monitoring

Generally, we structure the work in stages, which assures that as much value is extracted out of each sprint and milestone as possible, and that the project continues only if your project demands it.

Importantly, our work is early-phase R&D work and typically precedes a phase-gate product development process, and so it can be challenging to define exact deliverables.

For these reasons, we may not have standard milestones and monitoring requirements and will do our best to adjust the deliverables and pace of the project so that it meets your expectations.
